At Pierced Body Art, we want you to love your new jewellery! Please take a moment to read our returns policy before purchasing.

Body Jewellery & Earrings – Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all our body jewellery and earrings are supplied in clear, sealed protective packaging.

This allows you to inspect the colour, style, size and finish of your jewellery before opening.

Please check your jewellery carefully before breaking the hygiene seal.

Once the hygiene seal has been broken, jewellery that is unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Returns Within 14 Days

If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within a further 14 days of notifying us.

For hygiene-sealed jewellery, the original hygiene seal must remain intact for a change-of-mind return.

Please package returned items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting items that arrive damaged or incorrect within 48 hours, where possible, so we can investigate quickly.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

All faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. The 48-hour reporting request does not limit those rights.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs on change-of-mind returns.

Where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Once your eligible return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, or earlier.

For eligible cancellations of an entire order, the original standard delivery charge will not be refunded where applicable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before returning it.

We currently offer free outward shipping on approved exchanges.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Please contact us so we can help investigate any delivery issues.

• Your order number

• The item you'd like to return

• The reason for your return, if applicable
