Body Jewellery Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any body jewellery that has been opened.

All of our body jewellery is supplied in clear protective packaging, allowing you to fully inspect the item, including its colour, style, size, and finish, before opening the sealed packaging.

As body jewellery is intended to pierce the skin, once the sealed packaging has been opened, the item is considered used for hygiene purposes and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please inspect your order carefully before opening the packaging to insure you are happy with style, size, color and finish.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this returns policy.

• ✔ Unopened items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.
• ✖ Opened body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations, as the jewellery pierces the skin.
• ✔ Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will, of course, be resolved in line with your consumer rights.

• Returns accepted within 14 Days of Delivery for items that do not pierce the skin.
• Earrings & Body Jewellery are non refundable due to Health & Hygiene.
• Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Please report any fault or damage to your item within 7 days of delivery. 
• Please ensure item is returned in protective packaging to avoid damage to the item in transit.
• Returns are processed within 7 days of return.
• Shipping for exchanges are Free.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Please ensure the correct address is entered on the shipping page. We are unable to refund orders due to incorrect shipping address unless the parcel is returned to the sender.
